Refund Policy

At SEsafety, your satisfaction is our priority. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at sesafety2025@gmail.com.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the correct return address. Please do not send items back without approval.

  3. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back and must provide us with a valid tracking number. We highly recommend taking a photo of the return package and the shipping label/receipt for your records.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, you have two options:

  1. Faster Option: Place a new order for the item you want. Then, return the original item. Once your return is received and approved, we will process a full refund for the original item.

  2. Standard Option: Return the original item first. After we receive it and confirm it is in the required condition, we will ship the replacement item to you.

  • If the exchange is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost and send the replacement at no extra charge.

  • If the exchange is for customer reasons (e.g., you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our responsibility (such as a damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the full cost of return shipping.

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., wrong size, no longer wanted), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return Stocking Fee:

  • You will not be charged a restocking fee for your return.

Refunds

We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return. We’ll let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
